• Texas A&M AgriLife Extension has developed this decision aid to calculate Cotton Root Rot Return to Treatment ($/Ac.) using the fungicide TopGuard®. Output is in the form of a sensitivity table, identifying economic thresholds for expected yields and percent of field affected by Cotton Root Rot.
• Topguard® has proven to be an effective control for Cotton Root Rot, but treatment costs can exceed $40/Ac.

The App
• This application is used to assist producers in evaluating their cotton root rot options by identifying economic thresholds for expected yields and percent of field affected by CRR.
• Information is entered into the applications main screen. After information is entered hit the "Generate Table" button at the bottom. This will generate a sensitivity table similar to the original spreadsheet developed by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension.
• A help screen is available with information about each configurable field. The help screen also shows the value limits of each field.
